Slaask Is Named a Cool Vendor by Gartner in Cool Vendors in CRM Customer Service and Support.

 

On May 8, 2018, Gartner, the world’s leading research and advisory company, released its research “Cool Vendors in CRM Customer Service and Support”, and we are thrilled to announce that Slaask has been included in the research.

This research notes 5 companies, including Slaask.

Slaask is the customer service app for all Slack users—which we believe is addressing today’s main challenges regarding customer relationship management in a “cool” way.

Gartner states “Organizations receive higher loyalty ratings while also reducing costs when they shorten the average handle time or time to repair metrics, even when doing this requires the customer to learn a new channel or technology.”

Good news! In our view, that’s what Slaask is all about, as it helps companies reduce their average handle time, thanks to instant customer communication through Slack.

Being named a Cool Vendor can happen just once in a company’s lifetime, and we cannot thank Gartner enough for making us part of, what we feel, is a wonderful ecosystem of Cool Vendors.
