Interact Effortlessly with Your Customers Thanks to the Automatic Chat Dispatching

The automatic chat dispatching feature makes it possible to answer your leads and customers quickly and efficiently.

Once this feature has been enabled, the leads or customers will be able to define the nature of their need (i.e., tech or non-tech, and so on) right before they initiate a live chat. It’s a proactive feature that helps save your team’s precious time.

How does it work?

  1. First, you can create groups of team members in your Slaask account. You can create as many groups as you need; we recommend creating 3 groups.
  2. The groups you create will then be displayed in the Slaask live chat as the options available to your leads and customers.
  3. Your leads or customers need to select the group that they wish to speak to before starting the conversation.
  4. Once your leads or customers select a group, and if that particular group is available to respond at that moment, Slaask will automatically connect your lead or customer to the corresponding group in your team. The other groups won’t be notified or disturbed.

For example, you can set the question “What’s on your mind today?” to be displayed to your visitors following the greeting message. They will have the choice to select between two or three options to launch a live chat session.

You are now able to answer your leads’ and customers’ live inquiries faster because no other agent has to redirect someone to you, and you don’t have to do the same for an agent; you are automatically notified when a lead or customer has a question about what you know. Then, you can provide a more qualified answer because you already have the knowledge about that.
