Automatically interact with leads when there’s no action on your end

When you aren’t answering your lead’s and customer’s messages (i.e. when your widget is on and your leads and customers are connected to your app), we will automatically display two kinds of messages.

If the lead’s or the customer’s email address is unknown, you can enable an inquiry that automatically asks for it. This is super useful to avoid losing them!

If the lead’s or the customer’s email address is known, a nice, short message will be displayed to make sure that users don’t feel lost or alone. Here’s an example:

Sorry, we are not available at this time. Rest assured we’ll get back to you as soon as we can at the email address you provided. Thanks for your patience! Talk to you in a few minutes!
