Have a clean overview of all your users

A user is a person using your web service, often has a user account, and is identified in the system by a username.

You can find a page in your Slaask account called Contacts dedicated to all your leads and customers. From this page, you can use a filter to view only your known users, and you’ll have access to a great deal of information on them, including name, email, IP, language, conversation history, etc.. This page is very useful to have an overview of all your users.
