Use (and abuse) emoticons and emojis
We’ve gone ahead and spoiled you rotten with choices. We couldn’t help ourselves! As a visitor you can use up to 8 different emojis, and as a Slack team member you can use up to 20 different emojis!
As you may know, in customer service, it’s a recommended best practice to use emojis as a way to humanize the conversation with your leads and customers.
They are great for conveying positive energy to those you interact with!
