Pre-defined views

By default, we provide you with three pre-defined views that are, for us, the most important data to give you an idea of the efficiency of your customer support team in order to help you improve it.

Your team’s conversations

It’s essential to answer as many conversations as possible with your visitors and customers. That’s why the first view shows you the number of conversations that you already had, the number of conversations that your team has completed, and the average response time for each of them.

Your bot’s conversations

Thanks to Slaask, when your team is unavailable, your bot can be of great help to support your leads and customers! You can get an overview of your bot’s efficiency thanks to the number of questions it receives, the number of answers it gives, and its success rate! All this information will help your team improve your company knowledge base.

KPIs

When your team closes a conversation, they can define it as “resolved” or “unresolved” then Slaask collects this information to define several KPIs, such as:

  • resolved over all conversations
  • unresolved over all conversations, and
  • conversations that have been resolved right away (as defined as ‘One and Done’)
