This time, we have updated your Knowledge Base, your Help Center AND your pre-defined responses option! Do we ever stop?! 😮
First off, we have improved the Help Center web interface. It is now easier to use, and even more appealing to the eye! Simple and effective. 😉
Your Knowledge Base uses WYSIWYG: What You See Is What You Get. This means that, while you are typing your post, you have a direct preview of exactly what it will look like when published, saving you precious time! We have rethought our WYSIWYG and made it that more efficient! 😍
Finally, your pre-defined responses. You can write a post in your Knowledge Base and use it as a pre-defined response. It can also be called on manually via the Slaask menu in Slack. (/slaask). 🎉
